Mary Gilardi

Owner, Keyrenter Chicago Metro

Mary Gilardi was born and raised in Chicago. Instilled in her was the dream of golden streets and a chance to make a change. In 2007 while working in healthcare, looking out the window, and seeing the cars go by on I-290 she realized she should be out there making a difference. Real Estate seemed to be a good option. Mary became a Broker and started selling houses. Little did she know the market would crash right after. However, she preserviered and knew Real Estate was her passion.

It was a job ad she found that led her to working with apartments. Little did she know that as a person that grew up in the Chicago Metropolitan area – that opportunity opened up a whole new insight of the City. Gaining knowledge about different neighborhoods, fun places to go, great places to eat, the Chicago Grid, different architecture, and the nearest grocery store created a whole new level of expertise that her clients appreciated. Property management soon followed and she found her niche!

With the support of her family and team Mary is confident that her clients will be ecstatic that they entrusted Keyrenter Chicago Metro for their property management company. If she is not managing properties she can be found at home or out with her husband and three children picking up something for the house, walking around their two dogs, or perhaps stopping at a favorite restaurant. Hopefully more will come with everything getting back to “normal”.

The best part of Keyrenter Chicago Metro is that integrity, transparency, expertise, and relationships form the foundation. Mary has worked hard to develop a culture where partnerships are nurtured and rental properties are treated like her own investments. Her goal is to help owners have the peace of mind that their property is taken care of and their investment will be profitable. The other aspect is to help renters have an amazing place to rest their heads at night. Working with experience, knowledge, and devotion, Mary takes pride in knowing that her clients are delighted to own (or live) on a piece of that golden street.
